Abstract
[This is an excerpt.] Our caregivers continued to demonstrate heroism in the second year of the COVID-19 pandemic, responding to challenges, including new variants and surges, with empathy and courage. We continued to invest in our caregivers’ safety and resilience, keeping them informed during a time of rapid change and uncertainty.
